Hi! My name is Olga. Being of Mexican heritage, growing up & knowing how to cook is essential. Knowing how to make tamales from scratch, beginning with the masa to perfectly steaming them in tamale season (Fall to New Year’s), keeps family and friends coming back for more.
Living in Maine for 3 years, meeting the people & talking food, I understood that folks are looking for something different to be offered but familiar in taste.
